Our Mission
Established in 1996, Bands for Lands is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to communicating the message and practice of sustainability, conservation, and social awareness issues through the mediums of music, the creative arts, inspirational speakers and educators. Bands For Lands produces and takes part in eco-and social awareness events in communities around the country. Net funds raised from these events are directed to local conservational, educational and philanthropic projects.
Our Goals

Producing concerts, events and providing a vital edutainment forum for the last 13+ years, Bands for Lands has reached over 100,000 people all across the US! Bands for Lands has aligned and collaborated with some of the nation's biggest acts such as Fugazi, Radiohead, Ian Mackaye, Ike Reilly, Blues Traveler, Michael Franti, The Apes, Don Zientara, Ani DiFranco, Nellie Mckay, Tom Morello, Rage Against the Machine, Bruce Cockburn, Tori Amos, Blink 182, Propagandhi, Jello Biafra, The Beastie Boys and many more!
The Bands for Lands concept will proactively spread eco-social awareness with solutions through edutainment to communities across the country focusing on a positive, empowering message via inspirational and accurate mediums.
